SafeJobs
Recruitment platform built on one verified profile instead of repeated forms.
Jobseekers enter qualifications, certificates, and work history once, generate a formatted CV from it, and companies verify and approve applicants through a shared pipeline.

What it does
SafeJobs is a hiring platform built around credentials that have been checked rather than claimed. It targets the repetition on both sides of recruitment: applicants retyping the same history into every employer’s form, and employers taking qualifications on trust. Instead, an applicant keeps one master profile, and companies hire from verified data.
How it works
A jobseeker fills in a profile wizard once — personal details, academic qualifications, professional certificates, languages, work experience and referees — with a completeness meter showing what is still missing. The platform renders that profile into a formatted, print-ready PDF CV on demand, so the CV is generated from the data rather than maintained as a separate document that drifts out of date. Openings are matched against the skills and minimum qualifications already on the profile. On the other side, companies register, verify submitted credentials, and move applicants through a shared approval pipeline whose review stages and comments the applicant can see from their own dashboard. Records are scoped and encrypted on Appwrite.
Using it
Jobseekers create an account, complete the profile once, then apply to verified postings in a single click and follow each application’s stage from their dashboard. Employers register a company, post roles, and review and approve candidates together in the same pipeline.
