What it does
Chipkizi Cup gives a youth football competition one public home. The information a follower wants — who played, what the score was, who is up next — otherwise lives in scattered WhatsApp groups and word of mouth, which means it reaches whoever happens to be in the right group. Here it sits in one place anyone can open.
How it works
The platform is organised around a season. Every match carries a state, so a fixture moves from upcoming to live to finished and its score updates as it goes, with filters to show only the matches in a given state. Behind the results sit the teams and the players: squad listings and player pages, so a name in a scoreline can be followed to the person it belongs to. Counters track how many tournaments are running, live now, upcoming and finished.
Using it
Open Scores for what is happening right now, or Matches for the full fixture list filtered by state. Teams and Players give the squads behind the results and the individuals in them. Signing in is for the people running a competition rather than the people following one.
